ACCEPTED INSURANCES / PPO’S AND MEDICARE
We are currently “in-network” providers with many and most PPO insurance companies, although we are not participating providers in a few “narrow networks” within some of the larger insurance plans.
If we are “out-of-network” with your particular plan, we will gladly submit your claim to your insurance company on your behalf and work with each patient to maximize their out-of-network insurance benefits. We are not “in-network” with any HMO insurance plans.
As you may already know, all individual and family insurance plans are changing. New plans are being developed that will comply with the Affordable Healthcare Act. It is incumbent upon you to make sure that we are in network with your current plan.
In short, health care is changing rapidly, and it can be very confusing for all of us. Our office does our best to verify benefits, but we highly suggest you verify with your insurance carrier that we are in network with your current policy. Please bring your current insurance card with you. We will need to update your registration and we will need front and back copies of your insurance card.
Payment is appreciated at the time of service for all co-pays, deductibles and services not covered by insurance. We accept payment via cash, check or major credit cards.
